Park Workout - warm up
Warm up
Find a grassy area where you have enough room to run, there you are going to run from one side to another for 5 minutes so set a timer if you can. The aim is to see how many laps you can do in the selected time limit, up and back equals one lap.
Bench workout
Go to the undercover area where the benches are, complete 20 step ups swapping leads half way, perform 20 squats followed by 10 squat jumps and finish with 10 walking lunges. Complete 3 sets with a minute break between sets.
Park Workout - cool down
Gym bar Workout
Head over to the gym bar area of the park, find some space and perform 10 – 15 push ups, find a low beam and do 10 side jumps from one side of the beam to another, perform 10 burpees followed by a 30 second plank, finish it off by doing 10 chin ups (you can do them on a lower beam so you still have your legs to support you) Complete 2 – 3 sets with a minute break between sets.
Cool down
Find a shady area and have a good stretch and cool down, make sure you keep your fluids up.
