If it’s been a while since you’ve exercised, you may need to start out with very gentle exercise. If you have health concerns, that’s ok too! Some important areas to work on include muscle strength, balance, agility and flexibility. We can tailor a workout to accommodate any issue you might have, just let us know what you need.
