
Outdoor Fit4Life Class
The Outdoor Fit4Life Class is held in Hyde Park on the grass area at the corner of Liverpool St and College St. This program aims to improve functional fitness for older adults. Our sessions focus on enhancing balance, postural strength, and endurance, helping you gain confidence in movements crucial for daily activities. Each class starts with a 10-minute warm-up of gentle exercises to prepare your body for the main session. This is followed by a 30-minute exercise session that consists of carefully designed exercises to improve and maintain your balance, postural strength, and endurance. We conclude with a 10-minute cool-down period of gentle stretching.
Classes are scheduled every Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM. Please note that classes run all year except on public holidays. The cost per visit is $10, and there’s a fantastic 20% discount for Seniors Card holders, making it even more accessible for you to stay active.
Local Sydney CBD Personal Trainer
Led by highly qualified Personal Trainer Tanya Brinsden, classes cater to individuals aged 55 and above, including those in the 60-plus and 65-plus age groups. We encourage participants to bring their own mat or towel and a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the session. For your safety, we require participants to obtain healthcare clearance before joining the classes.
Our classes are tailored to ensure that clients can adjust the intensity of the exercises according to their comfort level, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. These sessions are perfect for those who are new to exercise or looking to maintain their fitness in a supportive and friendly environment.
