How to manage your time better and get more done

Fitness Enhancement Personal Trainer Neil Geddes, who is based in Aspley Brisbane has some tips for you on how to manage your time better. Neil is a highly experienced Trainer, dad of three kids and our Fitness Enhancement Personal Training Aspley Franchisee. A short while ago Team, you may remember a short video I made obliterating the excuse “I don’t have time to train”. Well as promised, here is the sequel, Time Management.

Over the last 12 months, I have been privileged to work with, and be inspired some amazing people. The tips and tricks in this video, designed to help you rip through your workload in record time, are a combination of strategies I have learnt from these people and have slowly refined over time.

I urge you all to take a few minutes out of your day to watch how something as simple as a whiteboard, a whiteboard marker and your watch can completely change the volume of work and admin you are capable of getting through in one work day. I can place my hand on my heart and swear that these techniques and strategies, which I employ daily, have changed my life and given me the ability to complete all tasks set before me, no matter how great they may seem. The flip side to this is the amount of time it has given me to spend with my family, going to the gym (I do have time to train!), and generally having a life outside of work.
