The Awesome Tree-lined pathways are great for a Cardio Boosting Interval Workout, run for a certain number of trees, walk for a few before taking off again, up and down the hills and across the Foot Bridges.
Utilise the park equipment
There is even a ready-made Incline Bench right across from the beautiful heritage listed Pentridge Walls. Bring some weights to do some Incline Chest Press, or stand behind looking out at the water leaning against for Incline Push-ups. If you have the kids with you, you can enjoy the climbing wall at the park, or race them to the top of the slide. After the exercise, Soak up the marvelous view as you stretch out the muscles next to the lake, using your breathing to release the tension.
