Basketball court work out

For a warm up start by running around the oval but make sure you pace yourself as you don’t want to wear yourself out yet. Head over to the basketball court and perform 20-star jumps, 10 push ups and 20 skater hops.

First up you are going to train legs and to start with do 10 walking lunges, straight after do 10 – 15 jump squats (if you can’t do jump squats normal squats are fine). Do another 10 walking lunges back, after those lot of 10 get in to a squat position and you are going to hold in the down position of the squat for 30 seconds. Repeat 2 – 3 times.

Undercover workout

Head over to the undercover area where the benches are, here you will continue your workout. Start off by doing 15 – 20 push ups (you can do these on the bench or table to make it easier), followed by 20 tricep dips on the bench, once you have done them follow it up with 10 step ups on each leg using the bench. Repeat circuit 3 times with 1-minute break between sets.

Go for 1 more lap around the oval at a medium pace, find a nice shady area to do some stretches and cool down. Make sure you stay hydrated.
