MJ believes she is in this world to help others, she loves helping clients reaching their goals and seeing them happy. Over the years she has changed a lot of people’s lives for the better and this is what she lives for. She believes in a balanced lifestyle, not just physical fitness but also a healthy mind. MJ loves all types of training, weights, cardio, strengthening, boot camps, boxing. she can work towards all goals including fat loss, muscle building, she has some experience with competitive bodybuilding and figure/fitness. MJ relates well to all clients but especially likes to help people with depression and anxiety.
