Kahlia has been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years, working in a variety of different gym and studio settings. She has a real passion for helping her clients on their health and fitness journeys and especially loves to help clients with weight loss. Kahlia has in her past struggled with her own disordered eating and having had an unhealthy relationship with food herself, she is very in tune with creating a happy and positive food environment for herself and her clients.

Kahlia is very open and honest. She loves to chat and clicks with almost everyone. She loves yoga and Pilates focused workouts. If you need someone to motivate and support you on your health, fitness or weight loss journey, Kahlia is your girl!
