There is absolutely no rent to pay and we guarantee our Personal Trainers clients, you will never have to find them yourself.  So if you’ve felt more like a door to door salesman than a Personal Trainer at other Gold Coast Gyms, we’re the place for you!

Our extensive advertising over the last decade means we will give you more than enough clients, which means you can do what you enjoy doing – Personal Training! We will provide you with all the equipment (excluding your own car and phone) and uniforms you need for free.  You will never have to work for free.  If we’re giving away free promotional sessions, you will be paid to take them.  We also take care of the majority of clients payments and bad debts, so you won’t have to feel like a debt collector or worry about not being paid.  All of our Personal Trainers have enough clients and work together as a team, so you can enjoy a great work environment and not have to worry about other Personal Trainers stealing your clients.

We want happy  people who want a long term Personal Training career with us, so we do not take on more Personal Trainers than we need, besides, as we don’t sell rent we have no financial incentive to.  We only make money when our Personal Trainers are with paying clients, which is great news for you as it means we both have the same goal – get you booked out ASAP!

Our rapid growth means we tend to have Personal Training positions come up every few months at either our Nerang Studio or anywhere from Tweed Heads to Logan for Mobile Personal Trainers.  We have big growth plans for the future, so feel free to enquire if you're anywhere else in Australia.  You must be a qualified Personal Trainer (certificate IV in fitness or in the process of skills recognition if you are from overseas) and you must have experience.  You must be registered and insured with Fitness Australia and have your own reliable car.

You must be friendly, professional, reliable and down to earth.   Our Personal Trainers are real people who are focused on their clients, not themselves.  As with all Personal Training jobs, you will only have a few clients to begin with and we will need you when and where we want, specifically around 6am and/or 6pm.  However once you have a solid client base after a few months you are able to pick and choose many of your hours and put clients with other Personal Trainers when times don’t suit you.

We are very clear and upfront with what we expect from you and what you can expect from us, and we expect the same honesty in return.  There are no hidden catches and we are only interested in Personal Trainers who want to build a long term career with us.
