Boot Camps Gold Coast

It’s no secret that a workout regime can get really boring over a long period of time. In some cases, it may become hard to even encourage yourself to hit the gym. If you feel stuck in a rut, our Gold Coast Boot Camp are just the thing to try. A Boot Camp gets its name from the military style exercises that are followed to keep recruits in top shape. The name itself suggests that a variety of weight loss and toning up exercises are part of the sessions. One of the highlights of a Boot Camp is that it leaves very little space for boredom and it allows you to work out in a group. Enjoying a workout in a group itself will help you stay better focused on losing weight. In addition, once you lose weight and see the positive results for yourself; you will be encouraged to try out more such Boot Camp sessions.  Check out our latest Gold Coast Boot Camps here, plus they’re all run by our Personal Trainers at our Nerang Personal Training Studio!  Stay tuned, our Coomera Personal Trainers will also be starting Boot Camp sessions soon!

If the thought of joining a Gold Coast Boot Camp sounds too adventurous for you, then its time to think again. Experts say that the body tends to get used to a fixed exercise regime, and the best way to lose weight faster is simply by mixing it up and ensuring that your workouts are a mix of cardio and strength training. Boot Camps are exercise sessions which are high in intensity and are designed to wake up each muscle in your body. The session allows very little rest in between and quickly switches between different exercises. This helps to ensure that you get fit with a sound cardio workout in a shorter while and tones up your body faster too. Boot Camps are just the right sessions to try if you are looking for a high calorie burning workout. Besides, there’s nothing like pushing your body a little more each time!   Check out our latest Boot Camps on the Gold Coast which are all run by our Personal Trainers

Boot Camps on the Gold Coast are one of the best ways to lose weight, get fit faster and become toned in a short period of time. Before joining one, it is advisable to consult your doctor if you suffer from any illness, severe back pains or any other discomfort. The right Gold Coast Boot Camp should focus on enhancing overall fitness and should leave you energetic not tired at the end of the day. Speak with the Gold Coast Personal Trainer to get an idea of how he or she usually conducts the Boot Camp as that will give you a clearer idea of what to expect. Remember that sessions tend to push the body to its limits with very little time to relax in between. Facilities to take care of minor accidents like sudden sprains, tears or aches should also be provided by the fitness centre. You may experience slight discomfort initially once the sessions begin but it usually goes away in a few days.

Watch your back

If you sit for long hours in front of your computer or at a desk, it is important to take care of your back.

80% of people will have some form of back pain sometime in their life.
More often than not it’s completely avoidable, so here’s a few simple ways you can avoid the pain: Adopting the right posture when you sit is crucial for your back. You should be sitting with your spine straight and not in a slouching manner. Use an ergonomic chair or  even a pillow to give you added support. Sitting in one position for long hours can be daunting for your back, so take a few breaks by walking around or doing stretching exercises. Wear the right footwear which helps to distribute your weight evenly without putting pressure on any particular part of your body. Ladies if you must wear heels, make sure you keep your feet happy and comfortable. The wrong footwear can give you bad back pain!

Above all else the number one way to look after your back is to exercise. Before or after work, get out and move your body enough to  make up for eight hours at a desk. And remember, when it comes to your health:

If you don’t use it you will lose it!

So if you’re not using it, isn’t it time you took a look at getting a Gold Coast Personal Trainer?
