Although good for weight loss, many of these have been so processed it can turn many health fanatics off it. Soy milk on the other hand has been processed a lot less, has the same amount of protein as cow’s milk, and is full of isoflavones, lecithin and Vitamin E as well. It has a lesser amount of saturated fat when compared to many cow’s milk and is recommended for those who have a dairy allergy. Sure some taste pretty average, but there’s enough brands out that you should be able to find one you like.
