Make yourself accountable

Tell them they can all act like your Personal Trainer and keep on your back if you skip a workout. If you have someone to answer to, you’re a more likely to get it done. You are too emotionally attached to your goals, so it’s a great to have someone look at the situation and say “why aren’t you going to the Gym today”? 99% of the time you won’t come up with a good answer and thanks to a friend questioning you will hit the Gym.
