Structure your exercise

The good thing about this it makes sure you spread your exercise over the week and not leave it till Sunday and then run out of time. The bad thing about it is it doesn’t leave you with much flexibility and in inflexible program can be many peoples down fall. It’s a personal thing as to which way you use so it’s up to you; the end result is the same: you must commit to a long term and realistic amount of exercise each and every week.
