How much time do you have to get fit?

Pull out your schedule and talk it over with your partner or anyone else involved in your day to day life. If you cut something out of your day to exercise instead keep it realistic, for instance swapping watching TV for exercise is great as chances are you don’t need to watch TV. However getting up two hours earlier and therefore only sleeping six hours a night is a bad idea as you need about eight hours a night. Sure you might be able to get by for a month or two like this but then you’ll crash and burn. Don’t set yourself up for failure, keep it realistic.
